Garth Owens is the winner of the AREA North Teacher of the Year! Garth teaches High School English at Greenland School District.
Garth’s philosophy on education is, “that knowledge is power and the skills that I tech enable students to problem solve, critically read, and develop strategies to not only improve their lives but also the lives of their family and their community.”
