AREA is happy to recognize two Teachers of the Year, one from the North and one from the South. The candidates are also nominated by Educational Service Cooperatives whose district is a member of the AREA. Arkansas Rural Electric Cooperatives provide the winning Teachers of the Year $1,000 each and a crystal apple. Thank you, teachers, for serving Arkansas rural students well and for making a difference every single day. A special congratulations goes to this year’s winners!
